Community Manager Overview
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking experienced Managers to oversee Homeowners Association (HOA) and Condominium properties. We have opportunities for portfolio and single-community managers. In this role, you will manage a select portfolio of communities while delivering outstanding service to Boards and homeowners. Our goal is to help communities thrive by maximizing their value and serving as a resource to all community needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Homeowners Association properties
- Maintain annual budgets, billings/financials, and contract renewals
- Build relationships with homeowners, board members, vendors, and internal staff
- Perform general property inspections and respond to community needs
- Schedule and lead meetings with homeowners and board members
- Evening meetings are required
Requirements
- 3+ years of property management experience
- Strong analytical and business problem-solving skills
- In-depth understanding of property management and HOA financials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience with FRONTSTEPS Caliber is a plus

Community Support Coordinator Overview
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for an administrative and customer service professional to provide direct support to property managers. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in community association management while working with FRONTSTEPS Caliber and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls / placing outbound calls
- Responding to homeowner inquiries/requests
- Submitting maintenance work orders
- Drafting and sending community mailings
- Processing violation letters
- Providing general support to your assigned property managers
- Scheduling and attending meetings with homeowners and board members
- Evening meetings are required
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience
- Strong analytical and business problem-solving skills
- Professional written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Organized and detail-oriented work style
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- Friendly, courteous, compassionate, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop relationships
- Experience in FRONTSTEPS Caliber is a plus, but not required
Accounting Specialist Overview
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking experienced accounting professionals with expertise in accounts receivable/payable and general bookkeeping. In this role, you will provide full-service accounting support for multiple community associations using various software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Full-service accounting for multiple community associations
- Read/post payments to homeowner accounts
- Bill late fees and send appropriate notifications
- Monitor/correct banking transactions
- Generate preliminary and final monthly financial reports
- Process year-end invoices for all homeowners + 1099’s for our vendors
- Prepare tax packets and submit applicable payments
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Thorough understanding of community associations and their financial aspects
- Professional verbal/written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented work style
- Customer-focused attitude
