For the last seven years DNI Properties has conducted an annual client survey of all our
board members. This is an extensive and time-consuming effort; however, we find it
invaluable in assessing our performance, addressing our client needs and in our
continuing efforts to improve overall customer service. And our clients have
enthusiastically responded to our surveys by boasting an annual return rate of 65%-
And when it comes to the results, year in and year out DNI delivers. This was the case
again in our 2018 survey when 85% of our board members ranked their Community
Manager a score of 8 or better on a scale of 10. Additionally, 83% of those board
members scored ranked their Community Manager a 9 or 10 on a scale of 10.
We realize there is always room for improvement so we use these results as a
constructive tool to improve our performance going forward.
